ATS has a history of successful female franchisees – some who work with their partner, and some who truly run their business as a one-woman band.
Megan and Ken Black in the ACT now operate their business together, but Megan has always been the driving force behind her business success. As long standing ATS franchisees, Megan initially completed works on site, but over time has taken over the sales and client management functions in her business. Ken now primarily completes the onsite services and their business is going from strength to strength.
Former franchisee, Deb Raby in Northern Tasmania was a one-woman band managing the onsite testing, sales and client management all whilst juggling 4 children. Prior to her relocation to QLD, Deb had grown her ATS franchise to a significant level, proving that great organisational skills and a passion for your industry are 2 of the keys to success.
Bill and Theresa Bevan in Newcastle are also long standing ATS franchisees. Theresa provides both on site services and is responsible for sales and client management. Theresa knows it’s important to have a solid understanding of how her on site services fit with her client needs, and that can only be delivered by knowing how to test and tag herself!
