All ATS technicians are qualified to complete Testing and Tagging and hold appropriate state specific licences where required. Many ATS technicians are also qualified electricians. Qualified electricians are also available to assist with the testing and tagging of more complex equipment should it be required.
All QLD based technicians are Registered Electrical Contractors in accordance with state legislation.
ATS have $20 million Public Liability Insurance, and in light of the professional advice given by our Technicians, have $10 million Professional Indemnity Insurance.

All invoicing, reporting, and service requests are managed through our Melbourne support office. Your staff around the country benefit from dealing with one point of contact for all service requirements.
Following the completion of testing, the ATS support office will process your data files and upload your test results to our secure online reporting system. This system is accessible from any internet enabled PC.
In addition to the ability to generate individual reports based on the information you want to see (and not just what we want to share), ATS provide you with online access to the individual test results of each item, and the test history of each item.
Using purpose built test equipment, ATS technicians can easily test all single and 3 phase equipment. This fast, accurate equipment produces and auditable, traceable electronic data file complete with time and date stamping.
As part of our quality control measures, all tags are printed onsite following the completion of testing each item. ATS test tags are never pre-printed off site, and are never handwritten.
Should an item fail testing, ATS technicians will apply a test tag indicating the failure along with a Danger tag.
Each item tested is assigned a unique ATS asset ID and bar code which is printed on the test tag. This asset ID enables tracking of your items, and is invaluable should any equipment be lost or stolen. Through retesting this item using the same Asset ID, a test history of each item is also be generated.
ATS understand a Test and Tag program should not disrupt the day to day activities of your business. ATS technicians can replace faulty failed extension leads, double adaptors and powerboards.
We also offer a convenient onsite Plug and Socket repair service. Note, this service is not offered in QLD as local legislation prohibits this.
