This morning Dennis Salisbury from ATS was here at 8:30am sharp (I was here at 8:35).Dennis was very polite and asked me the correct questions in regards to our POS to ensure it was okay to turn off while he tested. He made sure to do the POS area first so it was ready for when we open the doors. Dennis explained to me the importance of tags and the time spent between tagging them. He said that the power boards and portable items are the only ones that need to be tested every 12 months. All other stationery PowerPoints and tags only require 5 years! (Handy to know as ALL the tags were checked for 12 months and he said companies do that to make more money).
Dennis was very confident is his job and delivered efficient service. Dennis finished at 10:30 due to more electrical tags that required tags that we have received from Warringah. He was very thorough and he made sure to explain every necessary detail to myself. Thank you again, you have been professional from our first contact.
