A former chef in luxury hotels and resturants, Yishi has also owned an operated his own business in retail food.  His experience in high pressure roles ensures he understands how important it is to keep your business operational whilst maintaining a safe workplace through test and tag to uncover potential hazards before they impact your staff and customers.
