Ray and Ella met while working together in rural Tasmania in 2023 and quickly discovered a shared passion for workplace safety, believing that everyone should return home from work safely, every single day.
Originally from Launceston, Ella brings a deep local connection, while Ray, born in a small rural area of the Philippines, offers a global perspective shaped by his diverse experiences.
Outside of work, they love spending time with family and exploring Tasmania’s breathtaking national parks. Together, they combine their skills, values, and backgrounds to make a positive impact in their community.
