For more than 20 years, Heng has worked within the highly regulated medical device manufacturing industry, where quality, safety, and attention to detail are paramount. During this time, he gained significant experience in manufacturing operations, administration, and workplace health and safety processes under MDSAP and ISO 13485 regulated environments. This experience has given him a strong understanding of compliance requirements, risk management, and the importance of maintaining rigorous safety standards.

Heng is passionate about continuous improvement and enjoys implementing smarter, more efficient ways of working. He has a particular interest in automation, Six Sigma methodologies, and LEAN principles, always looking for opportunities to improve processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Outside of work, Heng has a lifelong interest in computers, programming, and electronics. He enjoys keeping up with emerging technologies and exploring new innovations that can improve productivity and everyday life.

When he is not working, Heng enjoys spending time with his family, exploring new places, and discovering new experiences together. Whether it’s sightseeing, travelling, or simply enjoying a day out, he values the opportunity to create lasting memories with those closest to him.
