Growing up on a cattle property along the banks of the Burdekin River in Home Hill, Ramon developed a strong work ethic and a practical, hands-on approach from an early age. He has since built more than 30 years of experience across the agricultural industry and, more recently, the mining sector, working in environments where safety, reliability, and attention to detail are essential.
While working in mining, Ramon was an active member of the site’s Emergency Response Team, where he developed a genuine passion for workplace health and safety. Seeing firsthand the importance of effective safety systems inspired him to pursue further training and establish his Appliance Tagging Services business, helping organisations reduce electrical risks and keep their people safe.
Ramon is known for his thorough, practical approach and his commitment to delivering reliable, compliant testing and tagging services. He takes pride in helping clients understand their electrical safety obligations, providing clear, straightforward advice without unnecessary technical jargon. His goal is to make compliance simple while delivering exceptional value and service.
Outside of work, Ramon enjoys the North Queensland lifestyle and values the strong sense of community that comes with living and working in the region. He is passionate about supporting local businesses and building long-term relationships based on trust, professionalism, and dependable service.
