Before joining ATS, Inder built a successful career in banking and finance, working within large corporate organisations where he developed a strong understanding of business operations, customer service, and the importance of delivering efficient, dependable services. His corporate experience enables him to appreciate the operational challenges faced by organisations and the need to minimise disruption while maintaining safe and compliant workplaces.
Inder’s three years of service with the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) instilled a strong appreciation for workplace safety, disciplined processes, and effective risk management. The safety-first culture of the RAAF continues to influence his approach today, ensuring every job is completed with professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to protecting both people and workplaces.
Known for his approachable nature and excellent customer service, Inder enjoys building long-term relationships with his clients. He communicates easily with people from all backgrounds and takes pride in providing practical advice, reliable service, and a positive customer experience from start to finish.
Outside of work, Inder enjoys spending time with his family. Married with a son and a much-loved dog, he particularly enjoys playing cricket together and making the most of Melbourne’s outdoor lifestyle.
