Having previously worked as a Japanese tour guide and as a waiter at London’s prestigious Claridge’s — including serving at the Queen Mother’s 100th birthday — Mike understands firsthand the importance of professionalism, attention to detail, and delivering a standout client experience.

Mike is married with two teenage children and enjoys spending his downtime surfing, particularly at South Stradbroke Island. A passionate traveller, he enthusiastically recommends Morocco as a must-visit destination, drawn to its culture, food, and variety of experiences. These personal interests reflect Mike’s curiosity, adaptability, and ability to connect easily with people from all walks of life.

Underpinning this, but of equal importance, is Mike’s commitment to safety in the workplace and promoting a safe work environment.
