Are ATS registered electrical contractors?

Whilst it is not a requirement in most states of Australia, ATS are registered electrical contractors in the following states:-

Does ATS have a Quality system certified to ISO 9001?

ATS’s quality control procedures provide protocols and reporting recognised as the best available in Australia. ATS is also in the process of achieving QA certification to ISO 9001.

What are the ATS hours of operation?

Appliance Tagging Services normal operating hours are 7.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. After hours work may be made available upon consultation, however the majority of work should be able to be completed during normal hours.

ATS Support Office staff and local franchise operators work closely with all ATS clients to ensure minimum disruption to daily business activities.

Does ATS have Safe Work Method Statements and documented Safety Protocols?

In line with ATS policies and procedures for Safety & OH&S practise, when working on site, ATS and its technicians assume responsibility for safe work practices and the safety of the immediate environments. A copy of ATS’s Safe Work Method Statements will be provided upon request.

ATS technicians will comply with all client OH&S requirements as detailed.

What insurances do ATS hold?

Due to the complexity of our services and the professional advice given by our technicians, ATS and its franchisees hold both Public and Products Liability along with Professional Indemnity Insurance.

ATS also hold Workcover insurance in accordance with our employment obligations.

Can ATS provide a National service?

ATS are in Nation-wide specialists in electrical safety inspection, testing and tagging. With centralised management and data reporting directed from our Melbourne Support Office, your staff benefits from dealing with one point of contact for all service requirements.

Our national network of ATS franchise operators provide national organisations with all the benefits of local service operators, along with the professionalism and expertise of a national organisation with over 10 years specialist Electrical safety experience.

Through establishing ourselves as a truly national service provider, ATS have implemented both large and National Electrical Safety Management solutions for Australia Post, Australian Tax Office, Australian Customs Services, and the NSW Department of Education. We also service the requirements of councils in various states of Australia.
