After 14 years in Customer Service, Shaune was looking for a change and established his ATS franchise in February 2025.
In addition to his outstanding customer service skills, he has 10 years of experience in testing and tagging. His friendly approachable nature ensures he is a natural fit with the ATS network and his proven ability to work with his clients to ensure satisfaction is outstanding.
As part of the ATS network, Shaune’s clients have access to ATS’s interactive online reporting portal, and can tap into the combined resources of a truly national service provider.
